Meet Mitch Chapman
Mitch Chapman is a Brisbane Buyers Agent helping clients search, assess, negotiate and secure property across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
Before buyer advocacy, Mitch spent 14 years as a professional rugby player and longtime property investor. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce, which he used in various finance roles after retiring from rugby.
This broad experience shapes how he reads a purchase — value, structure and risk are assessed commercially. Having dealt with high-pressure situations on and off the field, he brings straight talk, clarity and the ability to remove emotion from the picture.
It also means he understands the finance side of a buying decision, and can help you see where the gaps are before the right property appears.

It is general market information to help you plan — not a valuation. Register a Market Scan to get started.

A Full Search is end to end: brief, search, inspections, due diligence and negotiation.
